How to assemble my modular jewel?

To assemble your modular jewelry, simply hold two links perpendicularly, slot against slot, and apply pressure so that they interlock. This action also releases them.

Please note that when first assembled, the first pass is a little firm, then the metal will soften with each successive assembly.

What finishes are available?

We offer 3 finishes for our modular jewelry:

  • Light gold
  • Pink gold
  • Palladium

You can discover a fourth Gun metal finish with the MO2 module.

How do I care for my modular jewelry?

To care for your modular jewelry, we recommend regular cleaning with a soft cloth to avoid any accumulation of dust or dirt. Avoid perfume.

How to use a promo code?

During the checkout process, enter the promo code in the field provided on the order summary page and click "Apply" to benefit from the discount.

Promo codes have a limited duration and may be subject to restrictions.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been confirmed, it will be processed quickly and dispatched as soon as possible. Once you have received the order confirmation e-mail, it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify or cancel your order.

However, you have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to return, at your expense, any product(s) ordered with which you are not entirely satisfied.

How can I track my order?

Once you have received the tracking number, you can track your order via the website of our partner Colissimo.

Payment

What payment methods are available?

On our e-shop, you can pay for your purchases with 100% secure payment by CB, Visa and MasterCard or by Paypal.

You can also pay in instalments.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

Delivery is by Colissimo to homes and relay points in Metropolitan France, Europe and abroad.

Please note that during busy periods (holiday season, sales, etc.), preparation times may be longer.

What are the delivery times?

The delivery time is taken into account as from the handing-over of the parcel containing your order to Colissimo. It takes:

  • 2 to 4 working days for Metropolitan France
  • 2 to 6 working days for Corsica, Belgium and other European Union countries

What are the delivery costs?

Metropolitan France (free for orders over €99):

  • Colissimo Domicile - without signature: €7.50
  • Colissimo Domicile - with signature: €9.50

DROM-COM (formerly DOM-TOM):

  • Colissimo Domicile - without signature: €10-31 depending on destination country (calculated when ordering)
  • Colissimo Domicile - with signature: €13-37 depending on destination (calculated at time of order)

Other European Union countries:

  • Colissimo Domicile - without signature: €14-70 depending on destination (calculated at checkout)
  • Colissimo Domicile - with signature: 14-90€ depending on destination (calculated at checkout)

Returns

What are the return conditions?

In accordance with the provisions of article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, and notwithstanding any provisions contained herein, the customer has a cooling-off period of 14 working days, from the date of delivery of the products, to return, at his or her own expense, any product(s) ordered with which he or she is not satisfied.

Products must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging: the jewelry must be intact in its plastic bag and leather pouch, with the correct number of links on the chain.

How do I make a return?

Once your return request has been accepted by our teams, go to a La Poste center and send the return at your expense to the address below:

What are the conditions for refusing return?

Our teams reserve the right to refuse your return if:

  • the return label is missing
  • the product is not in perfect condition and in its original packaging
  • the product is sent to an address other than this one:
